Have you ever noticed that some web pages take a very long time to load up or even not load at all? Even if you are supposed to have high speed Internet? Well one cause can be a problem with the way your computer looks up the names to web pages. It uses a service called DNS. Well some times this information does not get passed down correctly.

OpenDNS is a service you can use where you enter in some different DNS numbers in your network settings than what you would normally be using from your provider. Even if you do not currently have any problems, it can speed up your browsing. Check it out at www.opendns.com or give us a call and we can help you get it set up on your Mac.

You may have run into this error with not many suggestions on what to do. One first thing to check for is to trash your Photoshop preference files and see if that fixes it. However it may also be due to some corrupt fonts or font cache on your computer. Once again, we recommend Font Explorer X to solve this program. Font Explorer X is a free download and well worth your time to install and learn to use so that you get a handle on your fonts. Good luck!

Several people have reported that their Mac OS X Server 10.4.7 or later crashes when people do searches on it. Typically the server will restart and then be back up and running again. Well this appears to be an Apple bug if you have less than 4 gig of RAM on the machine. It can be fixed without getting more RAM by editing some commands on the server. If you have this issue please let us know and we can come out to provide on-site support.  If you feel confident to try and fix it yourself you can visit this link that explains it in more detail:
